The BIP believes that without the development of full military and combative technologies and weaponry, the Galactic Republic encourages individual disenfranchisement in the face of all enemies. The safety of the galaxy depends upon the weaponry of the galaxy. Only when the Republic has fully prepared for combat is it blameless in the face of defeat and devastation.

At the end of the day, every being must defend itself.

The BIP believes that every society, even those beneath the voting mark (less than 1 billion IB population) have a right to grow, develop and defend themselves. Even though planets and peoples are fewer or more scattered, all communities on all independent, voting and non-voting planets deserve the support and strength of the Republic.

Every being matters, and every being must be heard.
