The Coalition believes that the galaxy is dependent upon the understood value of all IB’s. Every being must be valued in ratio to their degree of worth, as established by the MRS (Moneterist Rating System). Beings are as valuable as the economic surplus they possess. Every being, therefore, has the right to gain, increase, improve, and present their worth in the galaxy in proportional fairness.

We are only as valuable as the money we have in the bank.

The regard for Optional Banking has been the longstanding belief among the Coalition for the right of corporate, independent and individual entities to safeguard their wealth and economic stability to the degree necessary to ensure IB safety. Since the Second Infestation and the loss of economic security the Coalition has fought for IB’s rights to safeguard their MRS – and hence, their personal self-worth – by securing treasuries, when necessary, and “Under Systemic Tolerance” of the Galactic Senate (as Enforced by the Act 3536) outside the control of governing political bodies.
