The centralization of capital in the privileged Inner Sectors has always been to the detriment of the citizens farther from ‘the Core’. This power inequity causes a disturbing imbalance not only in real capital, but in social capital: the livelihoods and the very identities of our underprivileged Outer Sectors are constantly undermined by the pull of socio-politico-economic forces. A decrease in centralist, monetarist, inward-looking policies re-enfranchises the capital-producing Sectors of the Republic, returning to them their voice in the political arena and empowering the maintenance and celebration of diverse individualities.

The relentless pursuit of decadence of the centralized-core-Republican-consensus victimizes non-sentient life. The depredation of resource-rich planets for the production of mass market consumer goods undermines the sanctity of all living things. A political economy not built upon the unacknowledged destiny of unsustainability must be the goal of any rational, forward-thinking Party. Stringent regulations on resource depleting consumer goods, the preservation of pristine environments, and the development of new sustainable technologies are paramount in the battle to save our natural galaxy. The ravages of contemporary sentient culture must end.
