Concerning the rights of all IB’s. Under Senate Act 45362 the following is clear. No being is a slave. No being is expendable. In the Galactic Republic, each being deserves every right to pursue its destiny and Enlightenment. Legislation on smaller planets must concur even when differing due to lack of registered population to meet the voting mark (of 1 billion IB’s). In the event of genocides or tyrannical overthrows, the Republic must intercede. No being or planetary community is to be overlooked. Government subsidizes should be issued to all war-torn and damaged communities outside the Republic support network. Under Act 67675, refugees are to be supported and removed from endangered areas. Social re-establishment must be aided. Independent Being status granted to all refugees. Socio-economic leverage of non-Republic planets is to be aided within the standard ordinances of Act 67675. Governmental forces and unnecessary military forces are to be disbanded when conflicts subside. Order must be restored. Occupied public resources redistributed. Departmental control re-distributed amongst the liberated society. Former prisoners of war imprisoned, but tried by their own society (not removed off-planet). Optional amnesty granted to prisoners of conscience on Republic planets – pending trial. Respite granted to all liberated IB’s. Youth and orphaned infants adopted by society guardians or taken by the Republic off-planet as wards. Operatives and political bodies required to depart post liberation, period. Un-possessed yet demonically corrupted beings executed for safe-measures unless otherwise exorcised by the proper authorities.
